Grammatically possible.
Also, you could omit "that", in which case the sentence is more likely to read:
You wouldn't be wishing you'd be lucky all the time.
Dropping "that" is less formal, and so is "you'd" instead of "you would". I'm assuming the sentence is spoken (or part of dialogue), not written.
